From the President

Greeting,

Established in 1973, the Indiana Consortium of State and Local Human Rights Agencies is an organization comprised of government employees, professional civil rights agencies and advocate agencies from across the state – with the mission of enforcing and encouraging equal opportunity, non-discrimination and good human relations. In addition to the annual conference, the Consortium meets quarterly for training and to discuss statewide human rights policy.

Since 1973, the Indiana Consortium of State and Local Human Rights Agencies membership has championed the community of Indiana’s Local and State Human Rights Agencies via our annual educational training conference which provides technical assistance and knowledge building workshops and seminars.

Through the Indiana Consortium, you can fellowship with Human Rights Directors and other Human Rights professionals from across the State, ask them questions and brainstorm solutions together. This networking opportunity is truly a benefit of our membership.

For 47 years, the Indiana Consortium has always had its finger on the pulse of HUD and the EEOC on both the State and Federal level, and we freely share that information and other valuable resources with all of you!
