Yvonne C. Long-Thompson

Born in Muncie, IN. Lived in Paducah, KY; Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK; Corpus Christi, TX.

Attended Muncie Community Schools – Longfellow Elementary, Kuhner Junior High and Muncie Central High School. Attended Ball State University for Elementary Education. Attended and graduated from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK. in 1995 with Bachelor degree in Social Work. Became President of the ORU Social Work Club in 1993.

Serves as the City of Muncie Executive Director of the Muncie Human Rights Commission, City of Muncie Compliance Officer and the City of Muncie ADA Coordinator since September, 2008.

Active Member of Union Missionary Baptist Church, Muncie; Former Director of Media Ministry.

Training in Life Coach Certification with Intrinsic Coaching and Advanced Intercultural Management Certification with University of Notre Dame.
